Specialist Industry Training
The Self Storage Association is committed to increasing the knowledge of centre managers and staff through an industry based training program. The Self Storage Association professional development program is designed and delivered by industry experts and is specifically tailored to the self storage industry.

The training program was released in 2005 and within 3 months almost 200 people had completed the first module, legal issues. Anyone who completes all modules, and then a final assessment will be awarded the certificate of self storage management, accredited by the SSAA.
The training is designed to up-skill those people who are actively involved in selling, managing and promoting self storage in Australasia, and helps ensure centres are maintaining industry best practice in their operations.
