The Self Storage Association collects industry information from a range of sources including regular surveys of members, the general public and liasing with bankers and valuers.  This makes the Association the authorative source of all information relating to the self storage industry.

Two regular publications produced by the Association are the Almanac and the Demand Study.  The Almanac is a statistical reference guide detailing information on the financial and operational performance of the industry.  It includes historical references to indicate trends in the industry and has been produced annually since 1997.

The Demand Study analyses both existing storage users and the general population about their awareness, use and expectations
of self stoarge, with regional analysis for Australia and New Zealand.  This is an essential document for investors, lenders, valuers, analysts and consultants in the self storage industry.
