 The Self Storage Association of Australasia has been looking after the interests of the self storage industry in Australia and New Zealand since 1990.  It is the peak industry body and provides guidance to its members in both day-to-day operational procedures and the promotion of their business and the industry as a whole. 

The SSAA has over 82% of genuine self storage businesses as members, representing over 92% of the self storage space in the region.  The number of self storage centres represented by the association has increased 58% since 2004.

A key factor in the success of the SSAA has been the relationship with its members.
As a Service Member of the SSAA you too could have the opportunity to build relationships within the industry through the various mediums and networking opportunities that the SSAA has available.

As a service member of the Association you have a unique opportunity to market your products and services directly to the industry through a number of opportunities that we have exclusively for our Service Members.

In addition, you will receive all the information, publications, invitations and other correspondence that all members of the association receive, which will help you keep abreast of industry issues and ensure you have the most up-to-date information when dealing with the Self Storage industry.

As a service member you also have committee representation.  This ensures that you also have a say in the strategic direction of the association and the industry, you have the right to vote, nominate or become this important industry representative.
